You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as you have placed your order. Your payment is collected securely via Paypal as soon as you place the order.
You will see the shipping charge AFTER you enter your credit card details into Paypal.
Your card will NOT be charged until you view and approve the shipping charge.
This is how it works: when checking out, you are directed to Paypal to input your card details, or pay directly from your Paypal account. After inputting your details you will be directed back to www.camilaprada.com to view the shipping charge. The screen looks like this:

You choose to submit payment only after seeing this screen.
For the Christmas holidays we are shipping the day after you order. That means your items will be on their way to you within 48 hours.
We will not be fulfilling orders between the 20th of December 2011 and the 9th of January 2012.
Send an email to hello@camilaprada.com telling us where you are, and we will do our best to fulfil your order.
You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order email hello@camilaprada.com quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have been despatched then please follow the returns policy as detailed below.
If for whatever reason you wish to return your purchase (or part of it), simply send the goods to: The White House, 2-4 Market Place, Burslem Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 4AT, UK. I will reimburse you including delivery cost, as soon as the goods are received, provided that the goods in question received in the condition they were sent to you. The cost of return delivery charge must be paid by you.
If the goods are not what you ordered, or damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please email me ASAP. I will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective. Or refund to you the for full amount. It’s up to you.
